New Conjugation Function: Calculate tool profiles from any tooth contours using conjugation
The design of complex tool profiles is often an iterative process that depends on the resulting tooth contour. In day-to-day development work However, iterative calculation processes often take up valuable time. We’re reversing the direction of the calculation: With our new function, we can trace finished and modified tooth flanks back to the rack or the reference profile, respectively. This allows us to close this gap and complete the entire conjugation workflow.

The new feature allows for the direct conjugation of rotational systems to translational systems.
Until now, the status quo has only included calculations from the rack to the pinion and from one pinion to another. Effective immediately, we are adding the crucial step of calculating from the pinion back to the rack.
To ensure a fully integrated process, we also provide an overview of the integration of the leading-edge rounding.
